RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the unique nature of our inventory, purchases are returnable for store credit only. Most of the goods we carry are handmade and made of re-purposed materials, making measurements and color reproductions on our online posting slightly variable. Our re-purposed and up-cycled items are made of used materials and may show signs of age. We will do our best to meet requests for color palettes or styles on items that are completely unique, based on our current inventory.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase and must be accompanied by the original receipt and with product in original condition and in original packaging. Returns must be authorized in advance by phone or email.

Please insure return packages for their full value and retain tracking information. NuBe Green cannot assume responsibility for return packages not received. Shipping is non-refundable except in cases where we have made an error.

 

STORE CREDIT

Store credit is valid for any time after date of issue. This credit has no expiration date.

 

SPECIAL ORDERS

Special orders are neither cancellable nor returnable, and must be paid in full in advance. Items that are special orders are clearly noted as such, and customers may be required to sign (or click in agreement) to a waiver specifying their understanding and agreement with these terms.

 

SHIPPING 

Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days of purchase. NuBe customer service will contact you within 3 business days of your purchase in case of any inventory discrepancy or order fulfillment problems. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Currently, all orders are shipped and tracked via UPS.

Any duties or customs imposed on international shipments are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Please note that customs authorities require us to state the value of the item directly on the package. All orders are priced and charged in US dollars.

Gift-registries may be arranged for shipment in groups, rather than item-by-item, if requested by the registrant. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or shipping delays caused by weather or carrier errors. Payments are not posted until the order is shipped.
